Our Return and Exchange Policy

Your satisfaction is our top priority. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we offer a simple and transparent return and exchange policy. Please review the following terms carefully to understand how the process works.


Return & Exchange Conditions

lTimeframe: You may request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your item. Requests made after this period will not be accepted.

lHow to Initiate: Contact us via email at [email protected] with your order number, details of the purchase, and any relevant photos or videos of the product.

lCondition of Items: Items must be in their original condition—unworn, unused, and with all tags and packaging intact. Proof of purchase (receipt) is required.

lAuthorization Required: Returns without prior approval will not be accepted. Please wait for confirmation before sending any items back.

lShipping Method: Use a tracked shipping method for returns. We are not responsible for lost or undelivered packages.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

lDiscounted or clearance items

lGift cards

lProducts damaged by the customer


Return Process

1. Initiate a Return:
Email us at [email protected] with your order number and photos or videos of the item. Our team will review your request and respond within 3 business days.

2. Ship the Item Back:
If your return is approved, we’ll provide the return address and instructions. Ensure you use a tracked shipping method. Returns without tracking codes will not be accepted.

3. Refund or Exchange:
Once we receive the returned item, we’ll inspect it within 3-5 business days. If approved, we’ll process your refund or send a replacement, depending on your request.

 


Return Charges

lOur Error: If the return is due to our mistake (e.g., incorrect or defective item), we’ll cover the return shipping costs and issue a full refund.

lCustomer’s Error: If the return is due to a customer’s error (e.g., wrong item ordered, change of mind), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

lNo Restocking Fee: We do not charge any restocking fees for returns.


Refunds

lAfter inspecting your return, we’ll notify you of the refund status. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 2-3 business days.

lIf you don’t see the refund within this timeframe, check your bank or credit card statement. Processing times may vary. If the refund still doesn’t appear, contact us at [email protected].

lPlease note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.


Order Cancellations

lYou may cancel your order free of charge if you contact us before the item has been shipped. Once the order is shipped, cancellations are no longer possible.

lIf canceled before shipment, we’ll refund the full amount of your purchase.
